Quality forensic transcripts are a natural result of quality recordings. But with phone taps and urgent field investigations, controlled conditions aren’t always possible. Sometimes the resulting quality of the recording makes complete, quality transcription impossible.

At Language Quest ™, we provide basic sound profile adjustments to improve audibility and facilitate more accurate transcription. For recordings needing major reworking or that are extremely critical to a case, we have access to enhancement services.

This latter option is in addition to our standard transcription services. On receiving your recording, we make an initial evaluation of the sound quality. Then, if we feel enhancement is needed or advisable, we contact you with a breakdown of the additional time and cost before beginning work.

Whatever your decision, we will always do our best with any recording we feel is workable.
